Sorry, that is not our model. Any agent representing you to negotiate your lease has a conflict since their commission is directly tied to whether or not you do the deal. The only way we can provide unbiased advice is to collect our one-time fee and provide advice based on what is in your lease.
However, we do have a number of clients that pay for an initial review of their lease, and then select the bronze package ($100 for a document under 10 pages) and upload their landlord's renewal proposal, and we provide advice on that document. Some clients send us the proposal every time it is signed back from the landlord.
